Travelling for 3 month to Costa Rica to learn Spanish and work as a volunteer
Mi viaje a Costa Rica.
Time flies. 42 days ago it seemed like forever.
Now i only have one day left with my family in Denmark. Suitcases are packed checked and all papers are ready. (I hope so).
Saturday will be the day for goodbye and see you again to family and friends.
Having a cosy time, enjoy and prepare for 3 month of seperation.
Sunday 17. I will be leaving DK.

So 42 days until I leave Denmark and start an adventure.
What to prepare before the trip.
I have been reading lot of articles about packing and what to bring for a 3 month stay.
Most of the items are on the list right now. The big task is to divide by 2 and find the right amount of stuff to bring along.
Pharmacy products, sun protector, mosquito balm, band aid and more are in place.
Less is more if you consider what is nice to have and what is need to have.

Realising that living in a foreing culture is a challenge for a person with a completely different background and culture I decided to challenge my self. This way it perhaps will be easier to understand some of the problems that arise during an exchange year.
The purpose of going abroad for three months are; learning more about my self and make a difference by doing volunteer work.
People think I am crazy and it doesn’t make sense. Others say “what an amazing adventure” .
I don’t know if I am a bit crazy. But if you don’t challenge your self you will not grow and don’t get to know what you actually are capable off.
